Most gowns are crafted individually after an order is placed. In rare cases, a limited selection may be available without production; if so, we will confirm availability and provide the estimated shipping date.

Standard production is up to 90 days from full payment and confirmed measurements and sizes. In exceptional circumstances, production may be extended by up to 30 additional days.

An expedited option (5 weeks) may be available upon request and subject to additional fees. Availability is confirmed individually.

Yes. Liretta delivers worldwide, except for certain restricted countries under international regulations. Liretta strictly does not accept or deliver any orders to Russia or Belarus under any circumstances.

We ship with trusted partners such as DHL or FedEx. Delivery to hotels or P.O. boxes is not permitted.

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched within 14 days. Transit times vary depending on the country of residence.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other secure solutions available at checkout.

Yes. Full payment is required. We do not accept deposits or partial payments.

Yes. All transactions are processed through certified providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) in compliance with applicable security standards.

For Poland, EU countries, and the USA, prices are displayed directly on the website in PLN, EUR, or USD. For other destinations, prices are calculated individually, as VAT, customs duties, and delivery costs may apply differently depending on the country.

Once your payment is completed, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with full payment details and a summary of your order.

Where local law allows, Liretta will pay duties and taxes directly and issue an invoice including those charges. If the law of your country requires that duties and taxes be paid only by the recipient, we will inform you in advance and reflect this in your invoice.

Yes. Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason except for custom-made gowns.

The 14-day period begins when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the gown.

You must send a written notice to info@liretta.com within 14 days. We recommend providing your order number and item details for clarity.

Liretta does not create entirely new gowns from scratch. Each gown is based on an existing Liretta model and individually adjusted to confirmed body measurements. These adjustments ensure a perfect fit but do not constitute the creation of an entirely new design.

We offer several convenient options to choose from: – Book an online session with a Liretta brand stylist, who will guide you through the measurement process via video; – Visit one of our partner salons (where available); – Or fill out the online measurement form at liretta.com/measurements. Once production has started, any change in measurements or requested adjustments may not be possible. In exceptional cases, Liretta may accept the modification if production allows, but additional costs may apply. After this stage, the order becomes final.
